Reproducible Builds, a very brief summary of the last 12 years and a glimpse into the future

I have been trying to dig out more information about reproducible builds due to my own project only to find out that most devs do not really care – based on limited resources online. Users do not care either – not demanding it.

Shocked at how many devs do not even know about SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH – which means we do not care about security, despite tooling has supported this for years, I'd like to share this talk to spread the awareness.
