Inventiv, a subsidiary of Multinet Up, plays an active role in the digital transformation processes of institutions in different sectors with its team of 98 people. Making statements about the company’s 10-year growth journey, technology investments, R&D structuring and strategic work in the field of cyber security, Inventiv General Manager Çağlayan Yıldırım said: We started this journey in 2016 with a team of 23 people, today we are approximately 100 people. Over the past 10 years, we have developed technology infrastructure for approximately 200 institutions from 25 different sectors. We have established significant expertise in areas such as payment systems, digital wallet technologies and security consultancy. In recent years, we have focused more on artificial intelligence and data analytics-based solutions. We accelerated our R&D investments in order to develop technologies that increase the operational efficiency of institutions, improve customer experience and make decision-making processes more predictable. Today, we work on solutions that optimize business processes and strengthen decision-making mechanisms with our R&D team of 51 people. In addition, on the cyber security side, we support institutions to manage their risks more proactively with penetration testing, cyber attack simulation, ISO27001 consultancy, application security and different security solutions.
“We will offer users an integrated experience on a single platform”
As the technology and innovation developer of the Multinet Up ecosystem, we constantly improve the MultiPay application and focus on furthering the user experience. Today, we see that user expectations are moving towards faster, integrated and seamless digital experiences. In this regard, we aim to create a structure that can respond to different needs from a single point. In the coming period, we plan to launch SuperApp, which will bring together MultiPay, MultiFlex and MultiTravel solutions in a single experience.

Today, we see that the main determining factor in technology investments is establishing the right architecture and making this architecture scalable. In this direction, as Inventiv, we focused on developing solutions that center on data and artificial intelligence, work integrated with the security layer, and directly affect business results. By positioning our R&D structure on this approach, we aim to be a technology partner that not only develops products but also makes the decision-making processes of institutions more predictable and manageable. In the coming period, we prioritize increasing our technology exports by carrying this competence to international markets more strongly and contributing to making high value-added technology production from Turkey more visible on a global scale.
